DASA: Students choose 40c of optional modules (20 in each semester), this may include ONE 20c Skills module in either Semester, PLUS the two 20c compulsory modules.
History: Students will choose ONE 20c option in Sem 1 from List A.
Students taking 60c in DASA and 60c in History
DASA: Students choose ONE 20c option in Sem 2, which may include ONE 20c skills module, PLUS the two 20c compulsory modules. History: Students will choose ONE 20c option in Sem 1 from List A & EITHER History in Theory and Practice.
OR
DASA: Students choose ONE 20c option in Sem 2, PLUS the two 20c compulsory modules. History: Students will choose ONE 20c option in Sem 1 from List A AND ONE 20c Skills module.
OR
DASA: Students choose ONE 20c option in Semester 1, which may include ONE 20c Skills option, PLUS the two 20c compulsory modules.
History: Students will choose ONE 20c option in Sem 1 from List A and ONE 20c Research Methods option in Sem 2 from List C.

Students taking 40c in DASA & 80c in History

DASA: Students take the two compulsory modules. History: Students will choose ONE 20-credit option in Sem 1 from List A & History in Theory in Practice in Sem 1 and ONE 20-credit Research Methods option in Sem 2 from List C.

OR Students may also apply to undertake a Professional Skills module at level I. If successful this will be taken in place of 20 credits of taught modules. The credits to be dropped will be discussed with the programme convenor. The placement can be taken either during the summer vacation (part-time or full-time) or during semester 1 (part-time only). The placement must be completed prior to the Christmas vacation. Students undertaking a Professional Skills module at level I will not be able to undertake a Professional Skills module at level H.
